Common questions
How long do printing and shipping take?
Printing takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping depends on the speed you choose at checkout: Standard is 7 to 10 days, Priority 5 to 7, Expedited 3 to 5, Express 2 to 3. Order-by dates for the holidays are on the delivery dates page.
Can I change my order after buying?
You can cancel within an hour of placing it. After that the book may already be in production. Write to us right away if something needs to change.
What if I am not happy with a picture?
Your book comes with 15 redraw credits to use on any page or the cover. If a picture does not look right, draw it again, as many times as your credits allow.
Is my child's photo safe?
Yes. Photos are encrypted and stored securely, used only to draw your book, and never shared. Unpurchased stories are deleted after 90 days.
