How long does printing and shipping take?
Printing typically takes 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most US orders arrive within 5-7 business days after printing. You can track your order status in your account.
Can I change my order after purchasing?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the book may already be in production. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
What if I'm not happy with an illustration?
Your storybook comes with 15 regeneration credits to use on any page. If an AI-generated illustration doesn't look quite right, you can regenerate it with different settings. Need more? Additional regeneration packs are available.
Is my child's photo safe?
Absolutely. We take privacy seriously. Photos are encrypted with AES-256 and stored securely. Unpurchased stories are deleted after 90 days; purchased stories are retained for 24 months to allow re-orders, then automatically deleted. We never share photos with third parties.
